1. Insulation and Grounding Protection
Regularly test insulation resistance and oil insulation performance to ensure the insulation distance between the high-voltage side and the ground meets design requirements.
The High Current Transformer employs a reliable grounding system, using standard grounding wires and grounding resistance values (≤4Ω) to eliminate the risk of leakage.
2. Protective Barriers and Warning Signs
Establish a safety barrier at least 1.7m high around the transformer, maintaining a distance of at least 1m from the transformer's outline to prevent personnel from accidentally entering.
Hang warning signs such as "Stop, High Voltage Danger" and use warning lines to form a visual warning system.
3. Overvoltage, Overcurrent, and Temperature Protection Functions
The High Current Transformer uses overvoltage, overcurrent, and temperature protection relays to quickly cut off power in case of abnormalities, preventing equipment damage and personal injury.
Equip the transformer with an oil temperature monitoring and cooling system to ensure the operating temperature remains within a safe range.
4. Regular Maintenance and Inspection
Perform full-process quality inspections according to ISO9001 requirements, including insulating oil testing, and cleaning and integrity checks of porcelain insulators and bushings.
Use an automated testing system to perform comprehensive performance verification on each transformer before shipment, ensuring all safety devices are functioning properly.
